Entry from Valen’s Journal - 26.2 .178.1.3 Finished the blue and gold bracelet with crystalline beads today. This one is for Amira. Three more new medics joined Zari-Kiri; two from Crystal Town, one from Gemglass. I will begin bracelets for them in the morning. We are preparing to pack and relocate camp to the fourth Leytap. I will miss Shimmerglass. Saw a beautiful blue and white crane this morning on my walk, and a small round ray with blue spots. Soleli found a conch shell with an interior rosy pink like the sunrise. I asked him to keep it when he wanted to give it to me. The Zebragrass Leytap is not far from the Sea; perhaps I can still visit. Another Arc happened today. I am grateful that there was less harm from this one. The blue fog protected the shore from Bluerash, although many still died. The adventurers put me and a few others in a “lightning tree” made of crystalline that protected us entirely. A brilliant device. I can only hope there is a way to adapt it to a larger scale. My healers and I will spend this week wandering and freebirthing as many as we can before camp leaves. The Iron Slime potion worked. It won’t heal those already with Colorrash, but may prevent more suffering in the future. I wonder if it helps against mutation as well. Hard to say. Xitli’s apprentice, Gideon, was still afflicted and lost his sight; but he is a mana conduit. I believe it has more to do with crystalline accumulation in the body, but it is hard to say. I will keep searching nonetheless.
