Hello, I write inform you of the happenings in Corradel on the Tenth of Eleventhmoon. We were informed by a traveler who stopped by our inn that several paper pieces were found in Syeneon after the All Hallows Moriganti attack. We were shown one, and I believe it had some sort of odd writing on it.
The missions we went on this moon were: * Mudcrabs spawning as rainy season begins - destroy them and their eggs * Accept invitation to speak with fey in their forrest
On the topic of the All Hallows attack, we escorted the injured from Syenon to Coradel, since we have many medical facilities left over from an old war. It is shameful for me to admit this, but our first attempt at escorting the injured ended about as poorly as it could have, since we were all killed.
It was, however, not our fault, as one of the threats we attempted to face had a member with some sort of death ray and Necromancer sorcery. We learned a little about Moriganti, though. One of the people we were guarding was hit on the head by a hammer, presumably Moriganti, and had a large bruise on the side of their head, and reported a spinning of the head. I believe the feeling described is similar to dizziness.
On the fey mission we wandered through the forest for a while before eventually turning around and realising that it was different. The trees were burnt and the ground snowy. There were three exits out of the clearing, and with various skills and abilities my party managed to determine that one was light, one was dark, and one was medium. We also determined that they were associated with the courts of light, dark, and twilight, as well as good, evil, and neutral. There were some sort of animal prints leading to the 'good' path. We went that way, and found white deer and foxes bowing to us. A fellow adventurer in my party revealed to me later that they seemed to be in disguise. Eventually a torch near the center (it was also in the first clearing) lit up and became an exit. I took some of the fire onto my own torch, and it glowed extra bright. My party member wanted to test some things, and put out the central torch. The deer and foxes started attacking us, and when I tried to relight the sconce, it wouldn't catch. Safe to say, we didn't make it out of there unscathed.
