Nyx IV (Aiden)

Today, unfortunately, I was not able to go out and do much adventuring and the other half of my party went for the first part because I had an Astral Projection: Sense danger in the next mission and I could feel that it would be incredibly treacherous and dangerous so I didn’t go. Anyways let me tell you what the other half of my party did. They had gone to Halimin to deal with the great beasts and on the way, they had encountered some soldiers from all over Falnorian. Mainly they were from: Eldar (Where I reside as a quest knight helper), Syenon, Bellmorn, Harmini, and Coradel. I was informed that they were all extremely sleep deprived because they all had horrible nightmares. They all were about: Not knowing where they were, Almost like they were having a good time and then the next thing they know, they’re getting devoured by zombies, and finally like they were being controlled by some force. They were all brewing a pot of coffee and all loved it and were crowding around the GIANT pot. After that, my party went out to the swamp where they had been told to go to fight off the great beasts. While traveling, they encountered what used to be lava but was now hot boiling muddy muck. It was expanding and also threw fireballs at them. They dealt 1 AV0 Fire Infect! I estimated that it grew about 2 ft every 20 count; however, there were builders accompanying them, and it looked like any builders or foresters were able to stop the swamp from growing instead, moving it back! They were too tired to fully finish it off, but they managed to stop it and move onto the next encounter. They had told me that the encounter after that was just a lot of fresh green zombies that still had all their insignias etc. They dealt with that quite quickly and moved on. Finally, they had seen what they were coming for. A Hydra. A giant size 8 beast with five heads. 20 minutes after they saw it, they were all devoured or cremated. Also, I was informed that the Hydra heads were quite smart but didn’t have regenerating like most Hydra’s do. After that, they headed back to Eldar where we all debriefed and got some rest. Unfortunately though, because of the swamp encounter with the boiling muck and all, we all are itching and are unable to complete 10 minute-rituals. I must also inform you that just two weeks ago, we saw a big dragon fly over our inn in Eldar and me and my party had done some research and found out that it was circling over Eldar.
